The Imper'al Institute's Bulletin of the world s wheat position, states that the pre-war production was 110 million tons, the largest contributor being Russia, with twenty-two million. During the war the acreago of outside Europe increased by 25 per cent. The opinion is expressed that at present there is a suificiencv of wheat oven without tho help of Russia to meet tho requirements of the woi'M.
