It was intimated that the same position would apjilv here, namely, that any order tho Court makes in a Dominion award varying the bonus shall apply to these three awards. In the matter of the Inspector of Awards versus Fullers', Ltd., arising from the Magistrate's decision in a claim for payment of the theatre staff during the epidemic pariod, the case was allowed to stand over, the President having already stated a case for the Court of Aoceal.
