Me made the remark with regard to the possibility of considering the cancellation, of registration under the Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act..
The Mr. Justice Stringer, said: "Your observations are a covert threat to the Court as to what would be done unless you get something more' satisfactory. If you come- now in that way 1 warn you that I will not discuss this question any further.. Be . good enough to remember that if you are going to make a statement, to'tho Court that you will wait to see what the Court will do, and that if it is not satisfactory you will cancel your registration, if you mean that "
Mr. Robbie: I did uot mean that, Your Honour.
The president: "If von mean'that. T will dismiss this application at once. 1 won't allow you to make use of Ihe Court to say that if yon are getting anything from tho Court that is not satisfactory you won't, be liound by it."
