The amateur billiard chdnipionship of Wellington was continued in Alcock'a rooms iatst night. Twu games of 300 up each wero played upon an association standard pockot-table. The first game was between M'Neill and Harrison, and proved an easy win for the latter, the scores reading at the finish: Harrison, 300: M'Neill, 190. In this game Harrison showed to greater advantage, having a. much better control of the balls. This onlv break worthy of note was one by Harrison of 30.

The second' game was between Stone and Toms, and resulted in a win for Stone bv 300 to 191. The games for tljis evonimr are as follow:—7 o'clock, Tyrell v. Dovine: 8 o'clock, Harrison v. Bait.
