Poynton, S.M., gave judgment in ft case in which Khan Bros, sued Clrarles Coward and Jamas Thomas Caseley, claiming JJbO commission, alleged to have been paid bv the second defendant to Coward. The latter was a i-oinineicial tuiveller employed to sell soft goods at .tit a week and travelling and laundry expenses. No commission was allowed on sMes. Before going on ins Inst round, Coward arranged with another firm to sell their goods on a commission of 5 per cent., without expenses.' Defendant on that Irip sold for plaintiff goods worth irom to JUOOO, and for other sellers ,£I3OO worth. Plaintiff now claimed the commission earned. The defence was that the commission was earned in Oho traveller's time, his working hours being fl to 5. The Magistrate entered judgment for plaintiff against Coward for .MO and costs, making a total of .£72 16s. lOd. Judgment, against tho second defendant was reserved for seven days. ,
