Br IMoer&ijli.—l'rsr.n Ai»onl»t1on. Timaru, Nov-imbor 24. Tho Timaru AVoollcn Hills have been cold by Messrs. Lilico and M'Rae to the Auckland firm of Mackv, Logan, Caldwell and Co. Ltd..' who will take over from December 1, and who will form a new company, of which Messrs. Lilico and M'Rae, the local directors, and their eons-, will manage tho business. Tho mills were started in ISSS, but successivo owners failed to work tliem successfully until twenty-seven years ago, when tho present owners and others from Dunedin took over and made a success of tho business, and liavo much enlarged tho buildings, and installed up-to-dato machinery.
