Timaru, No'vember 21. Mr. P. B. Buckley, a candidate for tho Ternuka seat, addressed the electors at Alburv last night, ano received a- vote ot thanks and confidence. He announced himself as an Independent Liberal, with a strong leaning to sane Labour. He said he would have nothing to do with Had Feds. Bolsheviks, nor yet extreme capitalism or exploiters. He could riot be subservient to any party, but would support the Liberalism of Ballauce, Seddon. ano' Mackenzie.
