MB. J. VIGOIi BROWN HECKLED. Napier, November 21. ■ Mr.-J. Visor Brown, M.P., Liberal canoidato for the Napier seat, addressed a largelv-iittended meeting in the Municipal Theatre to-night. The candidate criticised the policy of the Keform Parly, and what lie considered was the Government's failure to carry out promises. A verv big seel ion of the audience, composed of supporters oi' the Labour Party, continualiv interrupted the speaker, who frequently had to pause for some minutes to got a hearing. A motion to the effect that Mr Brown no longer enjoyed the confidence of the electors was oe-clarc-d lost amidst uproar, the ayes ap-' parently overwhelming tho noes.
