The following resolution was carried unanimously'at n meeting of the West Coast branch of the Post and Telegraph Association held to-night:—"That this West Coast section of the P. and T. Association stroiii'ly protests against any attempt to deprive members of the promised war lxinus; the cost of living is still increasing, an<l tin , bonus is abfojnlely necessary, as tho recent salary increases do not nearly nwt the needs of the service.
