HEAVY POLISH MAJORITIES. London, November 12. A German wireless report admits heavy Polish successes in tho -municipal elections in Upper Silesia. Polish candidates obtained G-l per cent, of the votes in the Hindcnburg district, 78 per cent, in Ben ten and Kattowitz, and 89 ner cent, in Tarnowitz.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
