A CONFERENCE WITH THE 1 PRIME MINISTEE. (Rec, November IG, 5.5 p.m.) London, Novciiber 13. • The National Union of Railwayman's Executive conferred with the Premier, who presented tho Government's analysis of the union's wage demands. • Mr. Thomas states that. the Government's figures will be examined boforo a reply is given, nnd adds that, the Government has offered a new body to deal with railway dispnles, including representatives of the general public. It also offers the union certain representation on the committee which is managing tho railways—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
