Obituary.—Karl Brassey, as the result of a motor accident—United Service. - [The late Earl Brassey was chiefly known to popular funic as owner and perBonal navigator of,the Sunbeam, in which he covered over 100,000 knots in yoyfigcs to Jill parts- of the world. The Sunteam wafl presented to the Government of India as a wa.r hospital ship in 1016.
