BRITISH PICKET SUFFERS CASUALTIES. (Rec Novembor 13, 7.30 p.m.) ■ Allahabad, November 12. The fitet brush with the Waziris lias occurred. One of our pickets was ambushed two miles south of Miran Shah, and lost somo men and rifles. This incident is taken to indicate a renewed in* tention to avoid a settlement. The Tochi column will movo to-day. The 67th Brigado is leaving Dardoni en route to Datta Khel, while the 43rd Brigade is to start to-morrow for Doy.— Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
