A HOUND OF VISITING. Washington, November 13. The Prince of Wales visited the Lincoln memorial and the national headquarters of the Red Cross. Hβ also visited wounded soldiers. The Prince was entertained at the National Press Club. In a speech ho eaid: "It would have been a, very eroafc regret to mo had the President's illness unhappily prevented mo from fulfilling n keen desire to visit the United States this year, and for this personal reason, as well as much wider ones, I rejoice in his steady improvement. The spirit of your soldiers and sailors—officers and men—appealed to mo very strongly, and made me wish to know your country and their kin.
