THE MOTOR-BOAT- RAID AT ■ KEONSTADT. (Reel November 13, 9.30 p.m.) London; November 11. The Victoria Cross has' been awarded to Commander C. C. Dobson nnd to Lieutenant G. C. Steele, of tho Roynl Navy, in connection with the motor-boat raid on Kronetadt on August 18. Commander Dobsnn was commander of the flotilla, and his boat torpedoed a Bolshevik battleship and also a second battleship. There are manr lesser awards to oilicers and men for the same exploit.-Aus.-N.Z, Cable Assn.
