PUBLIC SERVICE TOURNEY; At a meeting of delegates representing the various Departments ot tno Publio Service it was decided to hold the annual bowling tournament on Monday, December 1 (St. Andrew's Day). As in previous years, tho tournament will be confined to , sixteen'finks in'orrlor that the games, with the exception of the final, may .all bo completed in the one day. Colonel Collins was «£ain elected president of the tournament, Mr. W. R. Jourdam hon. secretary, and Mr. G. Scott assistant-secretary. ■ Except in the final and semi-final game. , ?, each game will bo of 16 heads only, and auy tie between section winners will be decided by a play-off of four heads.
