THE FIDME SETTLEMENT . REQUEST BY D'ANNUNZIO. Milan, November 10. Gabriel D'Annimzio has asked tho Italian Government to declare tho necessity for submitting the entire Finme problem to the Paris Conference, the inhabitants of Fiume to bo permitted to plead their own cause before tho Conference without the Italian Government taking part in the discussion. lVAnnunzio adds that, finding himself face to face with the Allies, ho is propared to meet war with war; from whatever direction.
