BRITAIN'S FINANCIAL POSITION
— « REDISTRIBUTION OF TAXES PEEDICTED. (E«c. November 9, 5.5 p.m.) London, November 5. Mr. Ausldu Chamberlain (Chancellor of the Exchequer), speaking at the Guildhall, predicted a redistribution of taxes. He. favoured the abolition of the. excess profits tax, which was unfair, and the uartial uiuse of the rise in prices.
