VISIT TO CANADIAN PARLIAMENT. Ottawa, November 7. The Prince of Wales visited Parliament, and tho members of the Senate and the House of Commons were pr» sented. At the Prince's request, members of the Press Gallery were specially presented, and afterwards the Prince was made a life member of the Gallery. November fl, 11.5 p.m.) Ottawa, November 8In a farewell message to Ottawa, the Prince- of Wales referred to the Dominions as sifter natiens, and humorously admitted receiving shoals of letters from charming Canadians jrirls. He regretted that he was not equipped with a dozen hands in order to shake everybody's within a month.
