Home's Industrial Bill has been introduced. ft establishes an indiiitrial Coiif't coiiM'sting of members representing (lie employers and the workers. and al.-o imlepenoent members chosen bv the Minister of Labour. The Independents will eleel the chairman. The Minister of Labour may refer any dispute to the Court if both parties consent. If the Court is unable to agree Ihe matter will be decided by the chairman, acting with full powers as umpire.
