Tan Department of Agriculture, Industries, and Commerce lias received tho following cablegram, -0111011 October 29, from tho High Commissioner for New Zealand, London:-"Wool sales: Seventh scries Government auctions commenced on October 27; large attendance. Keen competition from ilomt- and Continental buyers. Merinos soiling at pricos fully equal to closin" raics of last sales. Crossbreds realising 5 per cem. advance. Total offering will be IEO.QOO bales shown wools, and 61.000 to be sold on description; 36,000 bales of the former and 9000 of the latter arc 2\'ow Zealand." LONDON WOOL SALES. Australian-New Zealand Cable Association. (Kec. November 0, 10.30 p.m.) London, November 4. There was a good attendance at tho wool salts, especially of Continental buyers.
