CANTERBURY PRODUCE MARKET
By Tolefrriph— Prcpa Association. Christchurch, November 4 _ Business lias been icry stagnant in nearly all lines during the week. I here is practically nothing doing in wheat, though a lot of business civjd be done if supplies were forthcoming. Seconds are worth ss. 9d„ to Cs. per bushel, and good whole fowl wheat sells freely at up to the full Government price, f.o.b. Oats are stili very firm indeed, and prices remain on a par with last quotations. The potato market has shown little if any change as a result of the lifting of the embargo on exportation, and the pneo has scarcely altered at all.
