$. LEGISLATION TO ADJUST FINANCES. By Telegraph-Press Association. Greymouth, November 4. The following telegram has been dispatched to the Prime Minister by the secretary of the Greymouth Harbour Hoard: "I am instructed to forward you the 'following resolution, passed at a meeting of the board held to-night: 'That, this board strongly resents the failure of the Government to keep, the specific promise made by the Prime Minister to the deputation at Wellington recently to_ introduce legislation this session to adjust tlie board's finances.
