If. , Hemes) said the. matter would not bo ! allowed to rest. If an oit'ence had been committed, there would be a prosecution or prosecutions. The Department was anxious to nd out who was responsiblo tor the disaster. \ Mr. .1. M'i'miibs (l.yt.'elton) said that good others should mil be pui'ished because they had fuilul to perform an overwhelmingly large amount of work.
