Maiiawatu ami West Coast A. and I'. Association, said that his association had under consideration a scheme for holding an exhibition nf motor-ears in Palmerston North. They had already promised llr. Dalton, British 'J'rade Commissioner, that they would en-operate with him in a North Island exhibition of articles of British manufacture, and wore awaiting his return before going further into the matter. It was considered Hint Palmerston North from its natural situation was tlio most suitable place for such an exhibition of motors. ]t was intended to throw competition open to all Allied countries as well as British manufacturers.
