Dy Telegraph-Press Association. Now Plymouth, October 30. A public meeting this morning passed a motion protesting against the OpunnkeMoturoa railway being deleted from tho Authorisation Bill, and calling on the Ministers to give the llousi- an opportunity of reviewing the matter.
