The hex/ company is the outcomo of tho desire of dairy farmers in the Wellington -.district—which includes Wellington, Hawke's Bay, Nelson, Westland and Mnrlbdrough-to have freezing stores of tlieir own at this port of shipment. Dairy farmers already have such storage at l -N«V Plymouth, Patea. Auckland, and Dunedin'. When the Wellington store is fully equipped, provision will be madefor holding twelve months' output of cheese and a large quantity of butter.
