Block VII, Makotuku S.D.) -It was resolved to grant the application at rates of royalty to be fixed by the Commissioner. No timber suitable for fenoinc material to be used. Permit to bo subject to determination on one month's notice. Lawrence O'Brien applied for a live Tears' leaso over sections 1 to 12, Block I, Maiieawcka South Township, at a rental of £1 ner annum.-Granted. Stevens, Henderson and Co. applied for n milling license over tho portion of section 7, Block 11, Hnnua 5.1)., that is not included in their existing license, but which was reserved for their fntur» use on Mnv 31.-1917.—Granted for three years from April 1, 1930, at royalties and terms of payment to bo fixed by the Commissioner. Timber to bo appraised.
