AMENDMENTS TO THE BILL.

The AVcllington City Milk Supply Bill lias been reported from tho Local Bills Committee Avitli amendments. The period of licenses granted under the Milk Supply Regulations, 1918, is extended to Julv 8. 1922, subject to the performance of the conditions of tho license. Any person dissatisfied with the decision of tho council in refusing to grant or in revoking or cancelling any license to vend milk may appeal on summons to a Judge in Chambers, the decision of the Judge to bo final. . . Anv netson aggrieved by any decision of ilio council in refusing to grant or in cancelling a license to supply milk from dairies in and adiacent to the city -may appeal to the Senior Stipendiary Magistrate in Wellington. The clause restricting the erection of new butter, cheese, condensed milk, or dried milk factories within thirty miles of the city lias been struck out.
