FOUR PARTIES FORMED. (Rec. October 2(i, 11.5 p.m.) New York, October 25. The New York "Times" Hague correspondent learns that four monarchist parties have been formed x in Germany, supporting different sons of the Kaiser, including the Crown Prince, but tho strongest party hopes to establish a democratic constitutional monarchy with tho Crown Priute. The party believes it. will be successful if the .Eight obtains a majority in the next elections for the Reichstag, and pians to flood Germany with propaganda calling for the support of the Crown Prince.—Aus.-N.Z.
