Tho stock entries have met with a ready response, and the arts and schools sections show' a substantial increase; the cooking entriea, however, show a falling-olf. The photographic exhibition should be a splendid display, as..tho entries are over one hundred in excess of last jcar's. The hunting competitions are increasing in 1 popularity. The Manawatu Kennel Clnb's exhibition should. also be another popular feature, The;cntries being in the vicinity of 400.
