' Christchurch, October 21. Thore is little movement in tlie grain market. A few small lines of wheat are coming forward, but tlie backwardness of spring is preventing sowing in a number of cases, and probably seed will be disposed of for milling. The supply from this source, ol course, will be small. There is a firmer demand for oats, but offerings- are very limited. Good oaten sheaf chaff is inquired for with little offering. There is. a demand for seed potatoes with. a- very short supply. Tablo potatoes'aro nut being offered to much extent, and quotations range up to £8 15s. ■
