THE AMERICAN SENATE VOTE. (Eec. October 21, 5.5 p.m.) Washington, October 20. Senator Lodge, in a statement, pointed oiiit: that in the event of the Democrats' defeat of the Treaty ratification resolution embodying the reservations, the Republicans would vote down any attempt to recons'der the resolution. Ho said that 49 Republicans and six Democrats would vote in support of the reservations. >
