WOMAN HANGS HERSELF. By Telegraph-Press Association. Nelson, October 20. A married woman named Janette Lines, aged 42 years, tho wife of a farmer at Kiwi, committed suicide this morning by hanging herself in a shed at tho back of her residence. FOUND DROWNED. Taumarunui, October 2(1. Yesterday morning the body of the missing boy, Ernes. 1 Brightwell, was found by William Meares at a spot about a quarter of a mile below the confluence of the Wanganiii mid Ongaruo Rivers. At; on inquest last night tho Coroner returned an open verdict of found drowned. MOTOR FATALITY. Christchurch, October 20. An inquest on Falkoner John M'Donald, 4'i a clerk, belonging to Picton, who was thrown out of a side-chair on Hanks Peninsula yesterday and killed, was held totday at Robinson's Bay. A verdict of accidental death was returned, iind u 'rider added calling the attention of the county, council to a dangerous bend in tho road, and io other parts of tho main road.
