A remand to Tuesday was granted, and bail was allowed in xtt. Bert) Teagne, for whom Mr. U 13. O'Donnell appeared, was also remanded to Tuesday on a charge of wilfully obstructing ConstaWle R. Henry www in tho execution of his duty. IMgar Ernest- Bartlam was convicted of stealing ono chisel, ono screw wrench, a pair snips, one screwdriver, and on« level, value 10s., the properly, of David IJrue'e, and was sentenced to two months' imprisonment. On a second charge of stealing a kit of carpenter's tools, valued at .£S, the property of Thomas Ballard, lie was remanded to Wednesday.
