Bv 'Telegraph—Pre?* ARSOfiation. Dunedin. October 17. In the Police CoiiTt, .Tames Reynolds Hayne (chemist), Elizabeth Simpson inglis. and Norman Nevlon were charged that, on or about September 15, they did illegally use an instrument with intent lo procure a miscarriage. Evidence was given for the Crown bv ten witnesses after which the accused reserved their defence, and were committed for trial.
