REMARKABLE SHOOTING FATALITY
MAN AND HIS WIFE KILLED. (Uec. October 10, , 7.10 p.m.) Sydney, October 15. There has been a remarkable'shooting fatality at Graf ton. A farmer named Long and his wife, who were driving in the vicinity of the river, were subsequently found ehot <lead. Inquiries disclosed tho fact that Captain Drew, of the steamer Tintenbiti', wiw shooting shags with a rifle. Tt is assumed a bullet, afler travellin,' a. thousand yards, pierced Long's neck and deflected through his wife's hiMirl. Drew hns been arrested on n charge of causing Iho deaths.—Press Assn.
