GERMANY'S INDUSTRIAL PROSPECTS
AS DISCLOSRD 1!Y THK FAIR. AT FRANKFOJiT. (Bee. October 15, 5.5 p.m.) London, October M. The "Daily Telegraph's" correspondent reports that the. Frankfort Fair poorly represents the. large industries. The factorial have nothing to soil because they have disposed of their whole output two years ago, unci cannot accept orders owing to the lack of coal and raw materials ami the low rate of exchange. The Germans attribute the low value of the mark to enormous sinugpliiig from France. The French .Army of Occupation is unpopular, but the Anglo-Aineri- j cans are regarded favourably.—Aus.-N.Z. ; Cable Assn.
