Tho Legislative Council met at 2.30 pm. yesterday. DIVORCE BIIL. The Divorce and Matrimonial Causes -Amendment Bill was put through its linal stages and passed. BOARD OF TRADE BILL. Tho Board of Trade Bill was put through its final stages and passed. Tho only important , amendment made \)j the Council was in clauso 33, in which the words "in respect of such goods" wctq inserted, so that soction 2 read: "Fot tho purposes of this (section the price of any goods shall be deemed to bo unreasonably high if it produces, or is catfeulatcd to produce, moro than a fair and reasonable rato of commercial profit in respeot of such goods to the person selling or supplying, or offering to soil or supply, these goods, or to his principal." Tho Council adjourned at 3 p.m.
