SINN FEIN FORBIDS "FRATERNISATION WITH THE ENEMY." (Rec. October 2, 8.10 p.m.) London, October 1. . The authorities at Dublin Castle-have obtained a copy of a proclamation alleged to have been issued by the military authority of the Irisli Republic, placarded in County Clare and some parts of County Cork, forbidding, friendly relation with the police and military, and threatening oft'emftrs with, punishment for; high' treason.
