ALLIED POLICY OPPOSED TO OCCUPATION. London, September 20. Apparently the Supreme Council has not adopted the recommendations of the. Allied -Military Mission to Upper Si-, lesia in favour of Allied troops occupying the territory. It is now semi-offi-c.ally stated from Berlin that a German police force, under Allied supervision, will be formed in East Prussia for the period of tlio plebiscite, and that there will be no foreign occupation so lonjj as order is preserved.—Renter.
