Messrs. Dalgety and Company, Limited, have, received a cablegram from thoir London house, under date of Soptember 17. Teading as follows:—"Sheepskins: At thn sales 11.750 bales were offered, ami practically all sold. Prices aro somowhat irregular, and as compared with ilulv sales, merino full-woollcd sheepskins unci fine crossbred skins are uuelmmred. Low crossbreds are 1\ per cent, lower, and other descriptions 5 per cent, lower. Tallow: 1170 casks were offered, and 870 Bold. There is no demand for best descriptions and medium mixed, and good colour mixed were on a unr to Is. per cwt. higher than last week. Gut is unchanged."
