By Telegraph-Press Association.' Gisborne. September 18. At the Supreme Court. Edward Donoghue and John Patrick M'Cnrthy,, for theft, of sacks, were, brought up for sentence. The. former wa.s admitted to probation for two years, and the latter was sentenced to six months' imprisonment. Colin Duff, for breaking, entering, and theft, received Iwelve. months' hard, labour. Clifford Hilton M.Turlane, for breaking, entering, and theft, was admitted to probation for two years. Wnnka Taylor, for theft, breaking, and entering, was sentenced lo two years' reformative treatment.
