Ireland grows /hourly more distrustful, and a settlement becomes more difficult. . Sir Horace Plunkett (who was chairman of tho Irish Convention, 1917-18), in a letter to "The Times," declares that'the Irish Government has proved its incapacity to deal with the position. —"The Times."
