THE PLEBISCITE IN SILESIA
A GERMAN TRICK TO CATCH VOTES. London, September 13. According to Polish advices the German Government is arranging ior treiroans born in Upper Silesia but residing in other parts of Germiny, to travel free to Upper Silesia for the purpose of voting in the plebiscite to determine whether the country is to remain German or hecome Polish territory. They wi 1 receive free keep while the plebiscite lasts. Germany estimates that 60.000 pro-Ger-man votes will thus be secnred.-Reuter.
