CLOUDY AND UNSETTLED
After a beautifully clear Sunday, the weather yesterday bore the aspect of an approaching change. Present indications are for strong and squally north-west winds, backing to the south shortly, with cloudy and unsettled weather, heavy rain and flooded rivers on tho West Coast and southernmost districts.
