Henry Davis, aged about 75, was lost at Maiiawahae, twenty miles from Whakntaiu', for throe (lays during, this week, exposed to the recent violent storm, lie hud attended a stock salo with his son-in-law; Mr. C. Rimmer, and Mis. Simmer, two miles awav, on Monday, and while preceding them home missed his wa.v They searched for him during tho night and next morning. Tho polico arranged a large search party, which found hini on Thursday evening lying exhausted under, a tree. Ho is now heing medically attended.
