MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE MEETS. The weekly meeting of the Management Committe.o of tho vVelliiigton Football Association was held last evening, Mr. W. A-uld presided, It wus decided to dismiss the Wadestown fourth class protest. The protest was against the decisions of the refereo iu the Wadcstown-Marist match. With regard to a protest against a referee received from the Johnsonvillo Club, it was decided that the protest was out of order. Tho Karori, Marist, and South Well- - Clubs fonwurded n joint protest against'the awarding of the junior championship to tho Johnsonvillo Club. Tho committee decided not to disturb their previous decision, CoiTespondence was received from the Wanganiu Association with- regard to tho Wellington Association's refusal! to play a Brown Shield match owing to the l.ilcness of the season. . It was decided to write to the AVanganui Association pointing out tho present position of the Wellington Association's Club fixtures, which will take up the remainder of tho season. If the Wnnganui Association still press for a match thoy wiM jiavo to put their application through the New Zealand Council. The Y.M.C.A. Club's request for the transfer of a player from the fourth grndo to tho fifth wa3 not granted. FIXTURES FOR SATURDAY. Fixtures and grounds for Saturday are: Senior (Cup).—Porirua v.
