B/ Telegi'Bpli-Prfeßß Aasoolayoß Christchurch, September 10. At a meeting of the executive of the New Zealand Hockey Association toliisrhfc a letter was read from the watu Association, asking that a special meeting of the council'be .held to consider the following motion:—"That the motion recently passed granting tho Fpildius Association affiliation be rescinded, and that no association bo granted affiliation if it is situated within, thirty miles'of another affiliated association." After considerable discussion it was decided that a meeting should be held on fiontember 26.

However, if both clubs were agreeable to replaying tho match, that was l a matter for their own arrangement.
