Mr. Marryatt said that the ladies night co-operato with the Sports Com- i nittee in providing afternoon tea in conlection with the sports, if the same could jo arranged. Mention was also made of the freo observation oars provided by the City Council for the men, and of the Kel-oum-Karori Tramway Company for allowing the officers and men the use of its cars free of any charge.
